Frosting Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2.5 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- blue food coloring
Cookie Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Add parchment paper to the cookie sheet and set aside.
Make the cookie batter by mixing the cake mix, oil, and eggs in a large bowl until well combined. The batter will be thick.
Scoop the dough onto your cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until done.
Frosting Instructions
Add the butter and cream cheese into a bowl and beat with a hand or stand mixer until smooth.
Add the powdered sugar, vanilla, salt, and food coloring and beat until combined.
Frost the cooled cookies and decorate as desired.
Cookie Decorating
Create the decorations by placing the teddy grahams into the peach rings. Use graham cracker crumbs to create sand and add some teddy grahams on rainbow belt candy on top. Add some goldfish graham crackers and then add some pearl sprinkles on top for bubbles. Add a few umbrella drinks to the cookies.
Decorate the cookies while the frosting is still wet so it sticks. You can use a small amount of frosting on the teddy grahams to stick them to the rainbow belt candy.
You can put graham crackers into a small bag and bang with a rolling pin to make the crumbs.
