Turkey Disguise Ballerina

Get ready for Thanksgiving with this easy to make Turkey in Disguise Ballerina! If your kids have to disguise a turkey this Thanksgiving, try making these ballerinas with our free printable template.

Printable Ballerina Disguise a Turkey

Find all the printable templates for this ballerina at the bottom of the post and add adorable muffin paper tutu!

You can make these ballerinas in whatever color you’d like! We went with pink and purple, and used glitter paper for the purple bodysuit and ballet shoes.

Ballerina Thanksgiving Turkey Craft

Supplies Needed

  • Printable ballerina templates – found at the bottom of the post
  • Markers – (or crayons, colored pencils, or paint) to color in the turkey
  • Colored paperbrown, black, and pink or purple (for the bodysuits and shoes). You can also use glitter cardstock.
  • Muffin paper – 1 per turkey
  • Glue stick – for attaching the paper cutouts
  • White glue – to attach the tutu
  • Scissors

How to Make a Turkey in Disguise Ballerina

1. Color in the turkeys.

Print off the free disguise a turkey template.

Use crayons, colored pencils, markers, or paint to color in the turkey’s head and feathers. We made the turkeys’ feathers pink and purple to match the paper bodysuits.

2. Cut out all the paper pieces.

Print and cut out the printable templates, found at the bottom of the post.

Trace the templates onto colored paper and cut out. Kids can also color in the templates and you can glue them on.

3. Make the ballet shoes.

Glue the 2 shoes down onto the paper so that they cover the turkey’s feet.

Next, glue the legs on top of the shoes.

4. Glue the bodysuit and hair on.

Glue the pink bodysuit over the turkey’s body.

Then, glue the hair onto the turkey’s head.

5. Make the tutu.

Cut the ruffled edge off of a muffin paper and discard the center circle.

Place the ruffle onto the bodysuit to look like a tutu and use scissors to trim any excess away.

Apply white glue to the inner edge of the ruffle and glue in place on the bodysuit. Set aside to dry completely.

Repeat for more turkeys, and make them in whatever color you’d like!
