You won’t believe how easy it is to make this Grinch fudge!
All you need are white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, food coloring and heart sprinkles to make this cute holiday recipe. This fudge is simple enough for kids to help with and they will love to add the heart sprinkles too!
Kids can help add the ingredients in, add the food coloring and sprinkles. As always, adults should do the cooking.

Ingredients Needed
- High quality white chocolate chips
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Neon green food coloring
- Red heart sprinkles

You can store the fudge for up to two weeks in an airtight container.
Can You Freeze the Fudge?
You can freeze the fudge in an airtight container for up to three months. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
Can You Make It in the Microwave?
The fudge can also be made in the microwave. For a microwave cooking method, combine the chocolate and condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 90 seconds, slowly stirring every 30 seconds.
Can I Use Semi Sweet Dark Chocolate?
Yes you can substitute with semi sweet dark chocolate. However, you will not be able to make the fudge green.
How to Avoid Air Pockets?
Stir slowly when melting the ingredients. If you stir too vigorously, it will allow for more air into the mixture and may cause air pockets to form when the fudge is set.

Ingredients
- 3 cups high quality white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can condensed milk
- green food coloring
- 25 red heart sprinkles
Instructions
- Line the bottom and sides of an 8×8” baking pan with parchment paper.
- Add the white chocolate and condensed milk in a medium saucepan.
- Slowly stir over medium to low heat until the mixture is melted, smooth and combined. Do not stir too vigorously or it may create air pockets.
- Add in a few drops of concentrated green food coloring and mix until the color is incorporated. If you want it to be darker, add more drops of food coloring.
- Pour the mixture into your baking pan. Add 25 sprinkles approximately 1 ½ inches apart on top of the mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours until set.
- Once the fudge is completely set, remove from the pan and cut into small square pieces.
